In 2021, the client launched a program to progressively deploy Mobile POS and Order-from-Store functionalities in all client retail locations worldwide. After a successful roll-out of these functionalities in the main markets, the client set the ambitious yet realistic target of deploying more additional markets in 2024. The business analyst will assist the project manager in delivering the solution for these markets.
Le poste :
- Collaborate with markets stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and functional requirements of the app omnichannel module and functionalities.
- Analyze gathered requirements, documenting them in a clear and detailed manner for the development team to understand and implement.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement suggesting enhancements or optimizations
- Engage in post-launch analysis to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement and future iterations of functionalities
Profil recherché :
- Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
- Executing test scripts and reviewing results
- Reporting and documenting technical issues
